PRICING OPTIONS

Co-ownership pricing includes the $1,350,000 purchase price, operating reserves, inspections, title, closing costs, interior design, a syndication fee for bringing the co-owners together, and the creation of the co-ownership agreements for LLC.

1/5th equity shares:

  • One-time LLC capital contribution: $327,500 (or $142,500 if financed)
  • Annual expenses: $16,000 per year (or $34,000/yr with principle and interest)
  • 8 weeks per year of advanced reservations, plus 2 additional weeks of free space available use

1/10th equity shares:

  • One-time LLC capital contribution: $163,750 (or $71,250 if financed)
  • Annual expenses: $8,000 per year (or $17,000/yr with principle and interest)
  • 4 weeks per year of advanced reservations, plus 1 additional week of free space available use
