And once you’re at your home and destination, a Lifestyle Asset Host will be there in person whenever you need questions answered and provide local knowledge and recommendations for whatever you desire to do.

Here’s what you can expect from us as an owner:
- one-on-one relationship with a dedicated travel planner/reservation specialist
- instruction on how to use the owners-only website so you can make your own reservation
- or, have the reservation specialist make all reservations on your behalf
- receive a detailed destination guide before every trip so you can plan which restaurants you want to visit, local spas, golf course details, local event calendars including festivals, farmers markets, concerts, etc
- show you ways to get exceptional value out of your yearly allocation of travel points
- create personalized itineraries for each trip
- assist your friends and family in making reservations and trip planning when you are not joining them
- interact with local hosts upon each arrival and departure
- plan ground transportation for your arrival and departure
- provide pre-arrival grocery shopping services
- coordinate pre-arrival and check out housekeeping
- provide daily housekeeping upon request (an a la carte service)
- arrange dinner reservations, spa appointments, tee times, etc.
- arrange in-residence services for private chefs and babysitters (a la carte service)
- organize birthday celebrations for family and friends, anniversaries, weddings, honeymoons, etc. (a la carte service)
